Broccoli and tomato pizza
200 gr. small broccoli florets,1.5 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 3 whole-grain pitas or tortillas, 100gr. shredded cheese, 100gr, cherry tomatoes, 50gr mozzarella
Simmer broccoli for a while, drain the water and put it in a pan. Sprinkle it with some olive oil and garlic and then roast briefly until you start to feel the aroma. Place each pita on a baking sheet and top it with broccoli, cheese, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese melts, and the bottoms are crispy.
Asparagus and potato pizza
Pizza dough, 2 middle-sized potatoes, 250 gr asparagus, 2 scallions, 50 gr cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper
Heat up the oven to 200 degrees. Place pizza dough on a baking sheet. Top it with slices of potato rounds, asparagus long slices, scallion rounds and shredded cheese. Sprinkle it with oil, salt and pepper. Bake 20-25 minutes.
Mushrooms and chicken pizza
200 gr polenta, 100 gr parmesan, 250 гр cheese, salt, pepper, 3 spoons olive oil, 100 gr minced mushrooms, 1 clove garlic, 1 spoon thyme
Cook the polenta and then take it off the cooker. Add parmesan, cheese, salt and pepper. Shape it as a pizza and place it on a baking sheet. Fry the mushrooms in a pan and sprinkle them with thyme. Top it over the polenta along with the remaining cheese. Bake around 30 minutes.
